These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Elite Touch ("Company", "we", "our"). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.
2. Products and Pricing
We list Elite Touch Trainer products with descriptions, images, and prices. We use reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but technical errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel an order that resulted from a pricing error, with full refund.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted upon successful payment authorization. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card numbers.

5. Returns and Refunds
See our Refund Policy page. In summary, items in original condition can be returned within the stated window for a full refund, subject to category-specific exceptions.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Touch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, images, text, layouts) is owned by Elite Touch or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute without prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit malware, scrape automated content, or impersonate others.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply.

La compra y el uso del Elite Touch Trainer están sujetos a pautas de seguridad estrictas debido a la naturaleza física y dinámica del entrenamiento de fútbol en interiores. Al adquirir este producto, el usuario acepta asegurar un espacio libre y despejado de al menos 2x2 metros, retirando todos los objetos frágiles, aparatos electrónicos, ventanas sin protección y elementos que puedan causar tropiezos. No nos hacemos responsables de los daños a la propiedad que resulten del incumplimiento de estas pautas de configuración segura de la habitación.
Para entender completamente la responsabilidad del usuario, considere este escenario específico: Si un cliente compra el Elite Touch Trainer como regalo para su hijo adolescente con la intención de que lo use en su dormitorio, el cliente adulto reconoce legalmente, al aceptar estos términos, que el uso del equipo por parte de un menor requiere supervisión o instrucción adecuada. Si un tiro desviado durante un ejercicio de máxima potencia rompe un televisor cercano debido a que no se despejó el área según las instrucciones, la responsabilidad recae exclusivamente en el comprador, no en Elite Touch.
Además, el acceso a los ejercicios dirigidos por expertos diseñados para un dominio total se rige por términos de suscripción separados si se adquieren como un plan premium. Las suscripciones vinculadas al Elite Touch Trainer se renuevan automáticamente al final de cada ciclo de facturación a menos que se cancelen con al menos 24 horas de anticipación a través del portal de la cuenta del usuario. Las interrupciones en el servicio de video no eximen al usuario de su responsabilidad de usar el equipo físico de manera segura.
El equipo está diseñado exclusivamente para uso doméstico y personal. Si un entrenador profesional, una academia o una instalación deportiva comercial compra el Elite Touch Trainer para uso comercial o multiusuario de alto volumen, la garantía de uso doméstico estándar queda automáticamente anulada, y se aplicarán cláusulas de responsabilidad extendida específicas para uso comercial.
